I found a nice bed of nettles under the foliage....and of course... my hands are now full of the nasty stinging rash - it has been almost 2 hours and both hands are feeling like pins and needles. It is a little more tolerable now than the first 20 minutes of exposure - I think I'll try to twist up the leaves and eat them -sounds interesting! <br />Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6094253214225998105.post-14052297173963049352013-09-23T13:07:26.502-04:002013-09-23T13:07:26.502-04:00

I feel like my path is much more authentic and aligned with my values than ever before and I have a real sense of purpose and meaning. I love this for so very many reasons. I love creating a one-of-a-kind treat in the kitchen with "found" ingredients. I love the freedom that moving away from processed foods provides. Though I have not graduated to growing my own ingredients, the staples I buy can be transformed into beautiful nourishment for my family, limited only by imagination. You provide such gentle inspiration on my journey to feed my family seasonally, simply, naturally.Heather https://www.blogger.com/profile/17673220582715109518noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6094253214225998105.post-49034431065562874012013-03-03T07:41:36.482-05:002013-03-03T07:41:36.482-05:00I liked this so much.
