Hi Tony! I'm using the big crock to ferment 10lbs of pickles and the smaller one has a batch of sauerkraut in it. Yesterday was all about food preservation! I also sliced a few pounds of peppers for the dehydrator. Still have some more cucs to deal with, and chard to blanch and freeze later today.
